We significantly exceeded our growth goals, more than tripled our revenue, and expanded our footprint across the country. This milestone is a testament to the dedication, resilience, and execution of our entire team. Together, we’ve made meaningful progress toward reshaping how procurement and contract management are handled in real estate—and we’re entering 2026 with strong momentum and even greater ambition.
Key Accomplishments
- Nearly 800 properties nationwide are now live on the Connexus platform, representing broad adoption across markets and asset types.
- 12,000+ RFPs managed for clients, enabling centralized procurement that streamlined workflows, increased operational efficiency, and delivered better visibility and control over spend.
- Reduced burden for on-site and regional teams by centralizing procurement and contract management functions—freeing our clients to focus on higher-value, strategic initiatives.
- Average cost savings of over 11% on current contracts, driving meaningful, measurable impact to our clients’ bottom lines.
- 10,000+ vendors onboarded to the Connexus platform, strengthening our network while expanding choice and transparency for our clients.
- Major technology advancements, including the launch and enhancement of multiple platform modules:

Goals for 2026
- Add new modules: Deliver a truly seamless platform with minimal manual intervention, while reducing the number of platforms and systems owners and operators need to manage.
- Grow by 3x: This ambitious target will further solidify Connexus’ position as a market leader and accelerate our mission to modernize procurement and contract management.
